How unfortunate. I'm sorry about what happened to you. Well, if there’s anything good to take from this, at least you miraculously survived. What were you doing on the roof before it happened? That's why I never get on the roof alone. You should always be accompanied by someone.

I'm sorry about what happened to your legs, my friend. I hope you're doing okay now. Anyway, Freddy's right, one should not go up on the roof alone, he/she should be accompanied by another person. And when getting on the roof, it's best to wear shoes with a soft rubber sole for extra traction to avoid slipping. :)

What a sad experience. I'm sorry for what happened to you, my friend. I hope this would serve as a lesson to everyone -- that going up on the roof alone could be extremely dangerous. Tag along with a family member or a friend, and don't forget what Adam said, to wear safety gears too. I hope your legs have healed now bro.

I'm deeply sorry what have happened to you, brother. This just proves that it is extremely dangerous to get on the roof alone. Will is right. Tag along with a family member or a friend to be a lot safer on the roof. Anyway, I hope your legs are as strong as an ox’ now. :)

Aww! I know that roofs are always a perfect place to stay and loosen up. But no matter how accustomed you are to climbing up the roof, you must never forget to take care of yourself. The roof is still a dangerous spot. Next time, regardless of what you’re doing up there, be careful and make sure that nothing bad will happen to you.

How sad. I'm sorry, my friend. To those of you who are planning to go on the roof, remember to remove and lock up ladders, rolling equipment, and materials at the end of the work day to prevent accidents (to passersby too) when no one on the roof is present. Also, it's best not to leave tools, materials, or equipment on roofs overnight.
